Update....
Ok...well i got box braids at an african shop.I Kind of like them because they arent tight so there doing more good than bad. I Plan on keeping them in for about 2 months...with 2 shampoos. On another note...i bought me some biotin. 5000mg 60 tablets.I Got 5 for 14 dollars at Puritans Pride. Hope I Get Good Results.
