Im really not going to stress how important it is to take progress pictures.
Do NOT Take Progress pictures often or you will become paranoid about growth.
I recommend taking them every 3 to 4 months or every new relaxer
I Recommend eighter taking them when hair is wet or flat irioned.
For Me It Is very New Relaxer .....so about 2 or 3 times a year.
I Really Dont Use Tape Or A T-Shirt to measure. I Just pretty much look and see the diffrence.
Also If You Meause Really Rarely You Will notice more of a diffrence.
